Their immediate focus is on restoring the damaged water and electrical supply systems, ensuring affected communities receive essential food and clean drinking water. A comprehensive three-phase plan is in motion, involving short-term water provision, medium-term pump repairs with vocational student assistance, and long-term budget allocation for new equipment. The team has maintained a continuous 24/7 presence in the province for two nights, monitoring the situation and coordinating emergency responses.
