Prachuap Khiri Khan Cycling Tour invites riders for unique tourism.

Cyclists and interested individuals are invited to participate in a new “Cycling for Tourism” activity designed to showcase the coastal routes, communities, lifestyles, and cultural attractions of Prachuap Khiri Khan. The event took place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, beginning at 6:00 AM at the 24-Rai Activity Ground in Pak Nam Pran.

The cycling route connected several key destinations, starting from the 24-Rai Activity Ground and proceeding through the Three Palm Trees Landmark, along the coastal road, past the Crab Bank Area, and reaching Sam Roi Yot Beach as the turnaround point. From there, participants cycled to Wat Khao Kalok before returning to the starting location. Throughout the journey, cyclists were encouraged to experience the area’s natural and cultural offerings at their own pace.

A conservation-focused crab release activity was incorporated into the route, allowing participants to engage in an initiative that promotes awareness and appreciation of the local coastal ecosystem and its natural resources. Additionally, cyclists visited Wat Khao Kalok to experience the cultural and community dimensions of the area, with the opportunity to pay respects for a blessed and memorable journey.

The activity was structured as a tourism experience rather than a competitive event, with no speed rankings or competitive results. Participants were encouraged to ride at a comfortable pace, explore the scenery, and engage with the communities and attractions along the designated route. All participating cyclists received a commemorative sports shirt as recognition of their participation.

The event was organized by the Phetchaburi Provincial Office of Tourism and Sports, offering participants an opportunity to discover another dimension of Prachuap Khiri Khan through cycling, coastal scenery, local communities, nature, and culture.
