On the evening of December 21, 2024, the historic Hua Hin Railway Station in Prachuap Khiri Khan hosted the “113 Years of Hua Hin Magic” event, featuring the Little Miss Hua Hin competition. This cultural celebration saw 28 children showcasing traditional Thai attire in a contest aimed at promoting Thai arts and culture among youth.
The winner, 11-year-old Aychicha Krudnak, a fifth-grade student at Hua Hin College, was crowned Little Miss Hua Hin 2024. She received a cash prize of 10,000 baht, a diamond-studded crown, a sash, and a trophy. First runner-up Nalinya Promsaeng, aged 8, won 6,000 baht, while second runner-up Sorada Ruangsart, also 8, claimed 4,000 baht and an additional title. Additional prizes were awarded to Peerada Klinampa and Arisara Jaiyen, aged 8, who placed third and fourth, respectively.
The competition was part of the “Magical Little Ones” zone, a highlight of the broader festivities celebrating Hua Hin’s rich cultural heritage. Visitors also enjoyed six activity zones, including theatrical performances at the historic railway station and exhibitions honoring King Rama IX. The event concluded with lively arts and crafts displays and a tunnel of lights, drawing large crowds of locals and tourists.
