On Saturday, May 23, 2026, Mr. Napaporn Wutthikul, the Mayor of Hua Hin Municipality, along with Ms. Busaba Choksuchai, the Deputy Mayor, presented awards to athletes participating in the Hua Hin 100K Ultra Marathon 2026. The event was presided over by Major General Nipon Boonsiri, Commander of the Royal Thai Army Infantry Center, representing the Army Commander. Also present were Police Colonel Somo Ayusamran, Advisor to the Mayor, and Mr. Thanai Nant Juengwong, a Municipal Council Member.
The Hua Hin 100K Ultra Marathon 2026 aims to promote Hua Hin as a sports tourism destination, attracting both Thai and international runners, as well as spectators from across the country. This event is expected to boost the local economy, particularly in the tourism and service sectors of the Hua Hin-Cha-am area, while enhancing Hua Hin’s image as an international event destination.
